This office is responsible for public and international relations and organizing the president office tasks. Regarding the institute scientific potentials and in line with employing the international facilities and services for achieving its goals, IIEES has been collaborating with many scientific international research centers, institutes and organizations in the world in the form of joint research project agreements and scientific information exchange since its establishment. Signing around 50 memorandums with other countries in the seismology fields are among the activities accomplished during the past few years. Some of the main activities of public relations office are listed as:

  • Compiling and approving the regulations for organizing, guiding and developing IIEES internal and external communication activities;
  • Preparing and publishing the first issue of IIEES News Bulletin;
  • Preparing the executive code for public relations activities;
  • Suggesting and approving of the first conference of national safety day against earthquakes.
